Before venturing into private practice, Scott Niemisto spent several years as an Assistant District Attorney with the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston. As an Assistant District Attorney, Scott was lead counsel in many trials and motions in cases made up of all types of charges.
